1 large carrot, cleaned and cut into 3 pieces (or 5-6 baby carrots)
1/4 of a medium beet, raw, peeled
1/4 C cashews
1/4 C chopped dates
2 tsp. vanilla
12 frozen strawberries
optional: 1-2 Tbsp. hemp protein or plant-based protein powder
optional: 2 Tbsp. kefir or yogurt
Puree all ingredients in your high-power blender for 90 seconds.
Pour into quart jar and enjoy!
